Our Little Nak Muays program is tailored for children between the ages of 5 and 12, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for young learners to delve into the world of Muay Thai. With a curriculum packed with the fundamental aspects of Muay Thai, kids get to experience a blend of learning and fun in each class. By enrolling in our kids classes, children not only acquire self-defense skills but also foster qualities such as respect, confidence, and goal-setting. Moreover, our 7-level Kids Muay Thai ranking system empowers kids to establish and surpass their objectives while immersing themselves in the art of Muay Thai through an enjoyable, simple, and structured approach. Teen & Adult Muay Thai.
Developed in the battlefields of Thailand during a time of warfare in South East Asia, “Muay Thai” or “Thai Boxing” incorporates hands, elbows, knees, and shins to turn the entire body into a weapon. These eight points of contact are why Muay Thai is also referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or the “Science of Eight Limbs”. At our Muay Thai Academy, we offer specialized classes focusing on different aspects of the sport such as clinch techniques, boxing skills, a range of pad and bag training exercises, partner drills, and detailed technique instruction to cater to all levels of practitioners.

Getting Started:
Start your Muay Thai experience with a small group session with one of our skilled instructors. They will go over the basics of stance, common strikes and everything that you need to get started and go to our regular group classes.
We offer a 2 class trial package of an intro session and 1 basics class. Intro les arse held on Friday at 5pm, Saturday at 10am, or Sunday at 12pm
All trials expire after 7 days.

Building a Strong Foundation:
These classes are for our beginner students. The focus in these classes is on the most basic skills necessary for Muay Thai with attention paid to developing not only movement and technique but also pad holding skills. These classes provide great workouts while also learning basic strikes and internalizing the big picture concepts of the sport.

All For One
These classes are open to students of any skill level. In these classes we expand and focus on what we have been going over in the basics classes as well as adding new techniques to your arsenal. These classes are also a great workout and help students build their cardio capacity and develop strength.

Similar to all levels, in this class, we expand on the basics by delving much deeper. Here, we introduce new concepts, advanced techniques, and intricate strategies.
To attend these classes, students are required to have completed at least 25 Basics classes to ensure a strong foundational understanding before progressing to more complex skills.

Taking your skills to the next level.
Our intermediate classes are designed specifically for students who have successfully completed the beginners program wearing a blue armband or a higher rank. During these sessions, we emphasize the practical implementation of our core techniques through various partner drills that involve the use of gloves and shin pads. It is in these classes that you will delve into the intricacies of fight strategies and fundamental concepts, honing your skills further in a light and technical manner.

This class is designed with a combination of engaging sparring games and defensive drills. These activities aim to provide a stress free environment for students who may be new to sparring, helping them gradually build confidence and feel at ease with this aspect of training.
Attendees: Beginner-Advance. All students must have their own equipment (16oz gloves, shin guards, mouth guard, groin protection, elbow pads.)

Open sparring session designed specifically for intermediate to advanced students. Approximately 90% of these sessions focus on light technical play sparring. This approach nurtures a setting where students can comfortably explore new techniques and strategies with minimal risk of injury.
Occasionally, we incorporate hard sparring sessions, especially when our fighters are preparing for upcoming matches, to ensure they are well-prepared for the challenges they may face.
Attendees: Intermediate - Advanced (must have in invitation from a head coach)
We do not allow drop ins or trial members to attend these sessions. If you want to spar here you must be a member and have a minimum of 1 month training with us.

Often overshadowed, the clinch holds immense significance, constituting approximately 50% of Muay Thai techniques. Regrettably, many training programs in the United States tend to overlook the importance of mastering this skill. At our school, we emphasize the significance of clinching proficiency, aiming to equip all our students with comprehensive knowledge in this realm.

The HIIT Bag Class is a dynamic 30-minute muay thai cardio session that incorporates a combination of muay thai techniques executed on a heavy bag alongside invigorating body weight exercises. Join us for an intense workout that will boost your endurance, strength, and overall fitness levels.
