Beginner Armband Tesing

For students who have been training with us consistently and have reached the minimum attendance requirements you are eligible to test to level up to your next level armband.

Attendance Requirements: 

  • White/Blue - 30 Classes (30 basics classes)

  • Blue - 45 Classes (30 basics classes + 15 other technical classes (boxing, clinch, all levels, novice)

If you have not reached the minimum attendance requirement. Do Not Register.

DO NOT BE LATE, IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TEST.

Intermediate Armband Testing

For students who have been training with us consistently and have received the minimum attendance requirements to level up, they are eligible to test for their next armband. This test will be to earn the blue/yellow, yellow, yellow/green, or green armband. During this test you will be participating in pad work, clinching, and  technical sparring. During the test we will be looking for proper technical ability. offense, defense & clinch. 

If you do not have a blue - yellow/green armband, Do Not Register.

If you have low attendance in the clinch, intermediate, & intro to sparring, do not register. 

DO NOT BE LATE, IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TEST.

Kettlebells for Combat Sports

Kettlebell Training for Combat Athletes is a workshop designed specifically for combat sport athletes. Kettlebell Training can be a great way to enhance your training and overall performance.

This workshop will focus on exercises that translate well to the demands of combat sports, such as Swings, Windmills and Turkish get-ups.

Through kettlebell training, combat athletes can develop functional strength, power, and explosiveness. The exercises target multiple muscle groups at once, improving coordination and core stability. Additionally, kettlebell training can be highly metabolically demanding, helping to build endurance – a crucial quality for any combat athlete.
