Membership Policies


Membership Explanation:

(Effective March 1st 2025). The gym operates on a system that designates specific days of the week for usage. This pertains to the number of days allowed, not the number of classes you can attend. For instance, if you hold a silver membership that permits '2X' per week, you may access the gym on two separate days each week. Some members prefer to take back-to-back classes or train in the morning and return later in the evening.

Kids - attend kids classes 3 days a week.

Bronze - attend the gym 1 day a week

Silver - attend the gym 2 days a week

Gold - attend the gym 7 days a week.

It's crucial to understand that your designated days do not carry over; if you fail to use your allocated days within the week, those days will be lost. For example, if you miss a week due to travel or illness, you cannot make up for it by attending additional days the following week.


Membership Subscription and Billing Agreement

All of our monthly memberships function on a subscription basis. You will be billed continuously for your subscription until you choose to cancel. There are no contracts or cancellation fees, and you can cancel at any time—Think of it like a subscription to Netflix.

Each Monthly Membership plan is paid through automatic monthly electronic payments (via credit card, debit card, or direct bank draft). Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month based on the payment terms and billing date established at enrollment. Any changes to your plan or cancellations must be submitted a few days prior to the next billing cycle or plan expiration date. It is the member's responsibility to monitor billing and renewal dates for their membership.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your membership, please send an email with the subject line "Membership Cancellation" and your cancellation request in the email body to info@sknmuaythai.com. All cancellations must be done before your next billing date if you wish to not be charged.

Please refrain from direct messaging us on Instagram, Mystudio, Facebook, Texting or asking one of the instructors, as things can get quite busy at the gym and we might forget. Email is the most efficient and reliable way for us to communicate, ensuring all records are kept in order. We only accept cancellation requests via email.

When to cancel: cancellations take immediate effect, preventing further class bookings. if you would like to continue taking classes for the remainder of the membership, submit your request a few days before your next billing date. if you cancel way in advance your membership will become inactive and you will not be able to register for classes.

Membership Hold Policy

If you cannot attend the gym for over two weeks, you can place your membership on hold to avoid charges. Students must provide a start and end date for the hold, which cannot be indefinite. Holds do not extend the membership duration.

Only 2 holds allowed per year.

Holds must be a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks for monthly memberships (not applicable to prepaid memberships or class packs).

Exceptions for additional holds may be made for injury, medical reasons, or loss of income.

Memberships cannot be put on hold in advance; email on the desired start date.

Refund Policy

All membership subscriptions are non-refundable. Member is not entitled to a refund of an unused membership or class pack. Member is not entitled to a refund for a canceled or expired membership or class pack. Member is not entitled to a refund if they cancel their membership after their billing date.
